摘 要:用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法同时测定石灰性土壤中交换性钾、钠、钙、镁。采用p H值为8.50的0.1mol/L氯化铵溶液-70%乙醇溶液作为交换液,120℃加热挥发掉乙醇,谱线分别为钾766.490 nm、钠589.592 nm、钙317.933 nm、镁285.213 nm,读数延迟时间为15 s,雾化气流量为0.7 L/min。交换性钾、钠、钙、镁的检出限分别为2.35、5.98、2.00、0.98 mg/kg。用国家一级标准物质GBW 070337,GBW 070338,GBW 070341及实际样品1进行验证,测定值均在不确定度范围内,测定值的相对标准偏差为1.25%~6.19%(n=12),样品加标回收率在96.3%~108.6%。该方法能够满足石灰性土壤样品中交换性盐基钾钠钙镁的测定。与传统火焰光度法和原子吸收分光光度法比较,该方法简单、快捷,成本低,显著提高了分析实验的工作效率,适合批量土壤样品的分析。The exchangeable base potassium,sodium,calcium and magnesium in calcareous soil were simultaneously determined by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry.A 0.1 mol/L ammonium chloride solution-70% ethanol solution with the pH value of 8.50 was used as exchange solution,and the ethanol was evaporated by heating at 120 ℃,the spectral lines were respectively potassium 766.490 nm,sodium 589.592 nm,calcium 317.933 nm and magnesium 285.213nm.The reading delay time was 15 s,and the atomizing gas flow rate was 0.7 L/min.The detection limits of exchangeable potassium,sodium,calcium and magnesium were 2.35,5.98,2.00,0.98 mg/kg,respectively.It was verified with the national first-class standard substances GBW 070337,GBW 070338,GBW 070341 and the actual sample 1,and the measured values were all within the uncertainty range.The relative standard deviation of the measure value was 1.25%-6.19%(n=12),and the sample recoveries ranged from 96.3% to 108.6%.The method can satisfy the determination of exchangeable base potassium,sodium,calcium and magnesium in calcareous soil samples.Compared with the traditional flame photometry and atomic absorption Spectrophotometer,the method is simple,rapid and low cost.The work efficiency of the analytical experiment is obviously improved and it is suitable for the analysis of batch soil samples.
