定向排列PLA/芥酸酰胺超细纤维材料的熔喷制备及其贴肤特性

摘  要:为提升聚乳酸(PLA)超细纤维材料的柔软贴肤性,以PLA、聚乙二醇(PEG)和芥酸酰胺(Era)为原料,采用共混熔喷的原位牵伸工艺获得一种定向排列PLA/PEG@Era超细纤维材料,探究了不同牵伸风压(P_(Da))和接收距离(D_(CD))对其柔软性、透气性等贴肤性的影响。结果表明,当Era质量分数为2.0%,共混聚合物冷结晶峰温度为93.20℃,熔融峰温度为140.52℃,表明Era可以促进PLA大分子链运动。所制备PLA/PEG@Era超细纤维材料样品的纤维取向角在-20°~20°范围内占比为54.07%,表现为高定向排列结构;P_(Da)和D_(CD)对纤维细度、孔隙率和力学性能有显著影响,随着P_(Da)增大到0.54 kPa时,纤维细度从2.70μm减小到1.10μm,纵向断裂强力从15.94 N增大到22.03 N;随着D_(CD)增大到32 cm时,孔隙率从87.21%增大到93.24%,纵向断裂强力从24.40 N减小到16.52 N。受益于定向排列PLA/PEG@Era超细纤维材料所具有的大孔隙结构,样品纵向柔软力值分布在0.12~0.62 N,透气率分布在168.46~567.06mm/s,水蒸气透湿率分布在1 630.27~2 463.36 g/(m^(2)·24 h)。同时,所构建透气率和水蒸气透湿率二次回归方程的置信度分别为0.95和0.94,可用于PLA/PEG@Era超细纤维材料通透性能的研究。To improve the softness and skin covering properties of polylactic acid (PLA) microfibrous fabrics,a PLA/polyeth‐ylene glycol (PEG)@erucic amide (Era) microfibrous materials with directional alignment were prepared by the in-situ drawing process of blended melt blown.The effect of skin covering properties,such as softness properties,air permeability properties were explored in different draft air pressure (P_(Da)) and die-to-collector distance (D_(CD)).The results show that for the blended polymer with Era mass radio of 2%,temperature of cold crystallization peak and melting peak are 93.20℃and 140.52℃,respectively,which presents that blending Era is good for improving the mobility of PLA molecular chains.The proportion of the fiber orientation angles distributing in-20°-20°of the samples is 54.07%,which demonstrates the prepared PLA/PEG@Era microfibrous fabrics possesses a directional alignment.The fiber fineness,porosity and mechanical properties are significant affected by the melt blowing process parameters,such as P_(Da) and D_(CD).The fiber diameter decreases from 2.70μm to 1.10μm and the longitudinal tensile breaking strength increases from 15.94 N to 22.03 N with the P_(Da) increasing to 0.54 kPa;The porosity increases from 87.21%to 93.24%and the longitudinal tensile breaking strength decreases from 24.40 N to 16.52 N with the D_(CD) increases to 32 cm.Moreover,benefiting from the microporous structure of PLA/PEG@Era microfibrous materials with directional alignment,the longitudinal softness value ranges 0.12-0.62 N,the permeability ranges 168.46-567.06 mm/s,and water vapor transmission rate ranges 1 630.27-2 463.36 g/(m^(2)·24 h).Furthermore,the confidence of the quadratic regression equation about air permeability and water vapor transmission rate are 0.95 and 0.94,respectively,implied that it is useful for studying the air permeability properties of PLA/PEG@Era microfibrous fabrics.
