摘  要:将不同含量的聚丁二酸丁二酯(PBS)、碳酸钙(CaCO_(3))/滑石粉(Talc)、聚乳酸(PLA)与聚对苯二甲酸-己二酸丁二酯(PBAT)进行熔融共混改性,研究各组分含量对PBAT/PBS/PLA共混材料加工性能、拉伸性能及其吹塑薄膜的拉伸性能、直角撕裂强度和热封强度的影响。采用熔体流动速率(MFR)仪、万能试验机、热封试验仪、差示扫描量热仪对PBAT共混薄膜的加工性能、力学性能和热封性能等进行测试。结合3因素3水平设计正交试验来优化试样配方,并对试验结果进行了正交试验极差分析。结果表明,PBAT/PBS/PLA共混材料的MFR值均在2.6~4.3 g/10 min范围内,薄膜吹塑成型加工稳定性良好。根据薄膜力学性能极差分析结果提出了最佳配方:PBAT含量为100质量份、PBS含量为10质量份、CaCO_(3)/Talc质量比为10/10和PLA含量为2质量份,验证试验结果表明,该配方制备的吹塑薄膜各项力学性能最高,横向、纵向拉伸强度分别为23.2 MPa和27.3 MPa,横向、纵向断裂伸长率分别为988%和1 137%,横向、纵向直角撕裂强度分别为126.4 N/mm和121.2 N/mm,热封强度为7.94 N/15 mm,通过将热封温度从90℃提高到95℃,热封强度提高到9.46 N/15 mm,达到最高。Poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate)(PBAT) was modified by different weight content of poly(butylene succinate)(PBS),calcium carbonate(CaCO_3)/talcum powder(Talc) and polylactic acid(PLA) through melt-compounding,the effects of each compositions weight content on the processing and tensile properties of PBAT blends were investigated.The tensile properties,right-angle tear strength and heat-sealing strength of modified PBAT blown films were also studied.The processing performance,mechanical properties and heat-sealing strength of blown films were characterized by melt flow rate(MFR),universal testing machine,heat seal tester and differential scanning calorimetry.The three-factor and three-level design of orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the formulations,and the experimental results were analyzed by the orthogonal experiment range.The results show that the MFR of PBAT blends is in the range of 2.6-4.3 g/10 min,the processing stability is excellent during film-blowing.The optimal formulation for 10 phr PBS,10 phr/10 phr CaCO_3/Talc,and 2 phr PLA with respect to 100 phr PBAT is proposed basing on the range analysis of mechanical properties of PBAT blown films,the experimental results show that the film made from the optimal formulation has the highest mechanical properties,the transverse tensile strength,and longitudinal tensile strength,transverse elongation at break,longitudinal elongation at break,transverse right-angle tear strength,longitudinal right-angle tear strength are 23.2 MPa,27.3 MPa,988%,1 137%,126.4 N/mm and 121.2 N/mm,respectively.The heat-sealing strength is 7.94 N/15 mm,which is improved to the highest value of 9.46 N/15 mm by increasing the heat-sealing temperature from 90 ℃ to 95 ℃.
