摘 要:为提高聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)中空纤维膜的亲水性,以聚乙烯醇(PVAL)与聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)的混合溶液为亲水剂,戊二醛(GA)溶液为交联剂,采用表面涂覆交联改性的方法制备亲水性PTFE中空纤维膜。从纯水通量与表面亲水性的测试结果可以看出,制备的PTFE中空纤维膜具有良好的亲水性能,改性后膜通量为1 037 L/(m^(2)·h),膜接触角为53.6°,接触角降为0°消耗的时间为1.5 s。从扫描电子显微镜与衰减全反射傅里叶变换红外光谱可以明显看出,经过PVAL/PVP/GA表面涂覆交联改性后,PTFE中空纤维膜表面含有羟基官能团,使膜丝具有一定优异的亲水性能。羟基成功地附着在PTFE中空纤维膜表面。从模拟人工加速清洗可以看出,改性后的PTFE中空纤维膜在经过10 d强碱(pH=13)、强酸(pH=1)和氧化剂(5 000 mg/L NaClO)的清洗下还保持的不同的性能,其通量分别降为478,521,152 L/(m^(2)·h),表面接触角分别提高为90°,76.5°,94°,接触角降为0°消耗的时间分别为4,3.2,45 s。To improve the hydrophilicity of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) hollow fiber membranes,a mixed solution of polyvinyl alcohol (PVAL) and polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP) was used as a hydrophilic agent,and glutaraldehyde (GA) solution was used as a crosslinking agent.A surface coating crosslinking modification method was used to prepare hydrophilic PTFE hollow fiber membranes.From the test results of pure water flux and surface hydrophilicity,it can be seen that the prepared PTFE hollow fiber membrane has good hydrophilicity.After modification,the membrane flux is 1 037 L/(m^(2)·h),the membrane contact angle is 53.6°,and the time required to reduce the contact angle to 0°is 1.5 seconds.By scanning electron microscopy and Fourier transform attenuated total reflection infrared spectroscopy,it can be clearly seen that after surface coating and cross-linking modification of PVA/PVP/GA,the surface of PTFE hollow fiber membrane contains hydroxyl functional groups,making the membrane filaments have certain excellent hydrophilicity.After the simulated artificial accelerated cleaning,it can be seen that the modified PTFE hollow fiber membrane maintains different performance after 10 days of cleaning with strong alkali (pH=13),strong acid (pH=1),and oxidant (5 000 mg/L NaClO).Its flux decreases to 478,521 L/(m^(2)·h),and 152 L/(m^(2)·h),respectively.The surface hydrophilicity increases to 90°,76.5°,and 94°,and the contact angle decreases to 0°,taking 4,3.2,45 s,respectively.
