摘  要:为了得到成本较低且性能优异的聚乳酸(PLA)泡沫材料,采用硬脂酸锌(ZnSt)对偶氮二甲酰胺(AC)发泡剂进行改性,改性后AC发泡剂的起始发泡温度从223℃降到187℃,适应PLA的加工。同时采用三丙烯基异氰尿酸酯(TAIC)和过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)对PLA交联,得到交联PLA (C-PLA)。通过发泡密度测试,扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察,动态流变测试、拉伸性能测试对比研究了C-PLA,C-PLA/聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBAT)的发泡性能。研究结果表明,C-PLA/PBAT材料的发泡密度随着改性AC发泡剂的增加而减小,随着C-PLA交联度的提高而减小,但未添加PBAT的C-PLA发泡密度变化不大。当改性AC发泡剂质量分数为3%时,添加PBAT (PLA/PBAT=80/20)后,PLA的发泡密度从0.838 g/cm^(3)下降到了0.746 g/cm^(3),下降了约11%,低交联PLA与高交联PLA的发泡密度分别从0.954 g/cm^(3),0.884 g/cm^(3)降到了0.828 g/cm^(3),0.802 g/cm^(3),降幅分别达13%,9%。SEM分析表明添加PBAT后,泡孔分布更均匀,泡孔尺寸更小,泡孔形态更好。随着交联密度的增加,C-PLA/PBAT发泡材料的拉伸强度升高,断裂伸长率降低。综上所述,PBAT可以改善C-PLA发泡材料的微观泡沫形态,降低发泡密度和提升拉伸性能。In order to get low cost and excellent performance PLA foam,the blends foam of crosslinked polylactic acid/poly butylene adipate-co-terephthalate (PLA/PBAT) with azodicarbonamide (AC) foaming agent were explored.To match the process‐ing of PLA,azodicarbonamide,AC foaming agent,was modified by zinc stearate,and the initial foaming temperature of AC foaming agent reduced from 223℃to 187℃cross-linked PLA (C-PLA) was crosslinked by tripropenyl isocyanurate (TAIC) and dicumene peroxide (DCP) at the same time.The structure and properties of foaming C-PLA and C-PLA/PBAT were compared.The foam was charactered by foam density,scanning electron microscopy (SEM),dynamic rheological and tensile properties tests.It is found that the foaming density of C-PLA/PBAT materials decreases with the increase of modified AC foaming agent,and decreases with the increase of C-PLA crosslinking degree.However,the foaming density of C-PLA without PBAT does not change much.When 3wt%modified AC foaming agent and PBAT (PLA/PBAT=80/20) is added,the foam density of PLA blend decreases from0.838 g/cm^(3) to 0.746 g/cm^(3),about 11%decreases by,and the foam density of low cross-linked PLA and high cross-linked PLA decreases from 0.954 g/cm^(3),0.884 g/cm^(3) to 0.828 g/cm~(3 )and 0.802 g/cm^(3),respectively,with a decrease by 13%and 9%.SEM shows that after adding PBAT,the cell distribution is more uniform,the cell size turns smaller,and the cell morphology becomes better.The tensile strength of C-PLA/PBAT foam material increases with the increase of crosslinking density,but the elongation at break decreases.PBAT can improve the cell micro morphology,decrease density and enhance the tensile properties of the foam.
