基于SLA成型的薄板件制备与工艺参数优化

摘  要:采用光固化技术成型制备薄平板样件(厚度<1 mm),液态树脂流动性差,填充不充分,极易导致样件产生凹陷、凸起及气泡等表面缺陷,影响样件外观和实际性能。为解决该光固化技术成型制备难题,以薄平板样件为研究对象,首先采用控制变量法,改变多种工艺参数制备样件;随后,基于蒙特卡洛撒点法,统计表面缺陷面积比,并以此为结果表征量,研究延时、平台下沉高度、液位高度、刮刀参量、样件摆放位置及表面涂覆等工艺参数对样件表面缺陷的影响。研究结果表明,表面涂覆技术、样件摆放位置、刮刀刮平次数、刮刀移动速度对薄平板样件的表面缺陷问题有显著影响;液位高度对表面缺陷问题有一定影响;平台初始高度与延时对表面缺陷问题影响不大。采用SLA技术打印精度要求0.1 mm、厚度要求小于1 mm的薄平板件时,增加刮刀刮平次数至3次,减小刮刀刮平速度至30 mm/s,使用表面涂覆技术、改善样件摆放位置等,均可改善打印过程中的表面缺陷问题,为光固化成型技术制备薄平板样件(厚度<1 mm)提供了有效的技术方案。Thin plate samples(thickness 1 mm) are prepared by light curing technology.The liquid resin has poor fluidity and insufficient filling,which can easily lead to surface defects such as dents,bumps and bubbles,affecting the appearance and actual performance of the samples.In order to solve the problem of forming and preparation of the light curing technology,this paper took the thin plate sample as the research object,firstly using the control variable method and changing various process parameters to prepare the sample;Then,based on Monte Carlo scatter point method,the surface defect area ratio was calculated and used as the result characterization quantity to study the influence of process parameters such as delay,platform sinking height,liquid level height,scraper parameters,sample placement and surface coating on the surface defects of the sample.The results show that the surface coating technology,the position of the sample,the scraping times of the scraper and the moving speed of the scraper have significant effects on the surface defects of the thin plate sample.The height of liquid level has a certain influence on the surface defects.The initial height and delay of the platform have little effect on the surface defects.When the SLA technology is used to print thin flat parts with a precision of 0.1 mm and a thickness of less than 1 mm,increasing the number of scraper scraping to 3times,reducing the scraper scraping speed to 30 mm/s,using surface coating technology and improving the placement of samples,etc.,can improve the surface defects in the printing process.An effective technical scheme is provided for the preparation of thin plate samples(thickness 1 mm) by photo curing molding technology.
