摘 要:聚合物微球性能优异而受到学术和产业界广泛关注。相分离法是基于热力学和动力学原理,通过破坏不相容多组分体系的稳态平衡,从而制得聚合物微球的方法。总结了相分离法的热力学、动力学和黏弹性相分离机理,根据诱导相分离的因素不同,系统地介绍了聚合微球的具体制备方法,简述了相分离法制备聚合物微球的主要应用进展,分析了相分离法较其他常见微球制备方法的优势与不足,展望了该方法未来的研究和发展趋势。Polymer microspheres have attracted wide attention from academia and industry area due to their outstanding properties.The method of phase separation is based on thermodynamic and kinetic principles that produce polymeric microspheres by perturbing the steady-state balance of multicomponent incompatible systems.The thermodynamics,kinetics,and viscoelastic mechanism of the phase separation methods were summarized and the specific preparation methods according to the different inducing factors were systematically introduced.The applications of polymeric microspheres prepared by the phase separation method were also presented.Furthermore,the advantages and shortcomings of the phase separation method had been analyzed in comparison to other common methods for the production of microspheres.Finally,the research and development trend of the phase separation method was proposed.
