摘  要:聚醚酰亚胺是一种拥有高强度、高尺寸及化学稳定性、耐高温、耐老化等优异性能的热塑性特种工程塑料,对其进行功能化改性,不仅可以保持其自身优异的性能,而且可赋予材料新的功能,近年来受到产业界重视。总结了现阶段对聚醚酰亚胺进行导热、电磁屏蔽以及导热-屏蔽双功能的功能化改性方面的研究进展,并介绍了聚醚酰亚胺基功能复合材料的主要制备方法,包含溶液共混法、熔融共混法、发泡成型法和其他方法,最后对其未来的研究和应用方向提出了建议。Polyetherimide(PEI) is a thermoplastic specialty engineering plastics with excellent properties such as high strength,high size and chemical stability,high temperature resistance,aging resistance,etc.Functional modification on PEI can not only maintain its own excellent performance characteristics,but also will produce new functions to the material as well,which has been paid attention by the industry in recent years.The current research progress on the functional modification of thermal conductive,electromagnetic shielding and thermal conductive,electromagnetic shielding bi-functional PEI-based composites were summarized,and the main preparation and molding methods of PEI-based functional composites,including solution blend,melt mixed,foam molding and other methods were introduced in brief.Finally,the future research and application directions were suggested.
