摘 要:基桩成孔质量检测近几年发展迅速,在基桩施工阶段,由于它具有发现问题早,处理问题成本低的特点,尤其是对于单桩成本较高的大直径灌注长桩来说,有较高的经济价值,因此,在普遍桩长较长的某些地区优先被广泛采用。基桩成孔质量检测能够避免因成孔不合格导致的基桩质量出现问题^([1]),有其存在的价值,但是由于其检测环境的恶劣性,现有技术尚无法做到对所有测点数据进行正确的采集,与之相关的数据后期统计分析方法尚有完善空间。文章通过具体的工程案例,分析了成孔质量检测的意义以及现存的问题。The foundation pile pore-forming quality detection has gone through a rapid development in recent years.In the stage of foundation pile driving construction,it has the relatively higher economic value particularly for the long cast-in-situ pile with large diameter and higher single-pile cost due to its features of finding problems earlier as well as its low costs of problem handling.Therefore,it has been adopted widely in some regions with the relatively larger pile length in general.The author considers that pore-forming quality detection can avoid the problems in quality of foundation pile brought from the pore-forming disqualification~([1]) with its own existing value.However,due to the severeness of detection environment,the current techniques still cannot achieve the correct collection of all data in the measure points,and the later-period data statistical analysis methods related to that still requires the further improvement,as the paper analyzes the significance of pore-forming quality detection and its current problems through some concrete project cases.
