基于特征值比值为指标的预制箱梁钢筋保护层质量控制研究

摘　　要：近年来,随着国家经济水平的不断提高,各个地方管理单位也对当地的建设工程质量要求越来越高。论文根据河南省《高速公路“13445工程”平安百年品质工程三年行动方案》(豫交建管函[2021]11号)文件中“检测构件钢筋保护层厚度评定结果比值介于0.9~1.3”要求,结合JTG F80/1-2017《公路工程质量检验评定标准》中对预制箱梁钢筋保护层厚度的要求,通过模拟数据分析、现场检测和施工过程调整进行了分析总结,提出了相应的质量控制措施,以期为参考。In recent years,with the continuous improvement of the national economic level,the local management units also have higher and higher quality requirements for local construction projects.According to the “Three-year action plan for the 100-year safe quality project of highway “13445 Project”of Henan Province(No.11 of the communication and construction management letter of Henan Province [2021]),the “Ratio of the thickness of the protective layer of steel bars of the detected member to the evaluation result is between 0.9 and 1.3”,combined with the requirement of the thickness of the reinforced protective layer of the precast box girder in the highway industry standard “Highway engineering quality inspection and Evaluation Standard”(JTG F80/1-2017),through the analysis of simulated data,on-the-spot inspection and construction process adjustment,this paper analyzes and summarizes the corresponding quality control measures for reference.
