摘　　要：功能性便秘(functional constipation,FC)的患病率高,发病机制复杂,病程迁延,治疗棘手,严重影响患者的生活质量,其特征属于慢病的范畴,规范化的FC慢病管理具有重要价值。根据FC病情严重程度和可能的病理生理机制进行分级诊断及分层的个体化综合治疗是FC慢病管理的有效举措,可显著改善患者的便秘症状,提高生活质量,降低医疗费用。Functional constipation(FC)is highly prevalent with complex pathogenesis and prolonged course and is difficult to treat.FC seriously affects the quality of life of patients.It is characterized as a chronic disease.According to the severity of FC and the possible pathophysiological mechanism,hierarchical diagnosis and individualized comprehensive treatment are effective for FC,which can significantly improve the symptoms of FC patients,improve the quality of life,and reduce medical costs.
