摘  要:主冷凝器是蒸汽动力船主汽轮机组的重要组成部分。蒸汽在汽轮机内做功后,在主冷凝器中的凝汽管外放热并被冷凝成水,海水作为冷却水在凝汽管内流动,凝汽管胀接在支撑管板上。文章以航行状态下某型蒸汽动力船主冷凝器凝水盐度超过警戒值的情况作为故障案例,通过分析装备结构及原理,排查确定了故障原因为主冷凝器凝汽管泄漏。对特情处置过程进行了复现和总结,为凝给水系统检修和故障排除提供了经验。The main condenser is a critical component of the main steam turbine unit of steam-powered ships.After the steam is utilized in the turbine,it releases heat outside the cooling pipes in the main condenser and con⁃denses into water.The seawater flows in the cooling pipes as cooling water,and the cooling pipes are expanded on the supporting pipe plate.This paper takes the condensate salinity of the main condenser of a steam-powered ship ex⁃ceeding the warning value as a case of sudden malfunction under sailing conditions.Through the analysis of the equipment structure and principle along with the troubleshooting of malfunction,it traces the leakage of cooling pipes in the main condenser.In addition,it reproduces and summarizes the process of solving this malfunction.This paper can provide experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of condensation and water-supply systems.
