摘 要:针对船舶干式喷砂及水雾喷砂技术工艺在施工过程中存在的弊端,文章以浮船坞内船底除锈工程为研究对象,开发适用于浮船坞内船底除锈的超高压水技术,设计具有成本、效率、环保优势的坞内船底超高压水除锈装备,实现降本增效的目标,满足公司修船绿色可持续发展的需要。In view of the drawbacks existing in the construction process of marine dry sandblasting and watermist sandblasting technologies,the article takes the ship bottom derusting project in the floating dock as the research object,and developes the ultra-high pressure water technology suitable for ship bottom derusting in the floating dock.It designs the ship bottom derusting equipment by ultra-high pressure water in the floating dock with low cost,high efficiency,and environmental protection performance,and achieves the goal of cost reduction and efficiency increase,which meets the demand of the company for green and sustainable development of ship repair.
