摘　　要：综述了近34年来苏木精在生物医学中的应用,按检测原理分类,对其各种分析策略进行了详细比较和描述。对苏木精研究领域未来所面临的机遇和挑战进行了展望。This paper not only reviewed the application of hematoxylin in biomedicine during the past 34 years,but also compared and described various analysis strategies in detail according to the detection principle.At the end of the article,future opportunities and challenges in the field of hematoxylin research were tentatively proposed.
