摘　　要：聚乙烯醇(PVA)水溶膜具有良好的水溶性和生物降解性,同时具有优良的力学性能、气体阻隔性、透明性、抗静电性、耐有机溶剂性等,是一种新型的绿色环保包装材料,应用领域十分广泛。详细介绍了PVA水溶膜的环境友好性、可调节水溶性、气体阻隔性、抗静电等诸多优良特性;重点概述了溶液流延、湿法熔融挤出吹塑、干法熔融挤出吹塑生产工艺;另外,介绍了PVA水溶膜在重点领域的国内外应用现状,并对其广阔的发展前景进行了展望。Polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)water-soluble film has good water solubility and biodegradability,as well as excellent mechanical properties,gas barrier,transparency,anti-static properties,and organic solvent resistance.It is a new type of green and environmentally friendly packaging material with a wide range of applications.The environmental friendliness,adjustable water solubility,gas barrier,and anti-static properties of PVA water-soluble film were introduced in detail.The production processes of solution casting,wet melt extrusion blow molding,and dry melt extrusion blow molding were main-ly summarized.In addition,the current application status of PVA water-soluble film in key fields at home and abroad was introduced,and its broad development prospects were prospected.
