摘  要:以偏高岭土和高炉渣为主要原料,PVA为稳泡剂,十二烷基苯磺酸钠为发泡剂,采用酸基地聚物凝胶成型制备钙长石质轻质耐火材料,研究了固含量、高炉渣替换量及烧结温度对轻质耐火材料合成及性能的影响。结果表明:适宜的高炉渣替换量和烧结温度对耐火材料的晶相形成及力学性能有较大影响,固含量为35wt%,其中高炉渣替换量为40.76wt%,烧结温度为1 100℃时可获得性能较好的钙长石轻质耐火材料,其气孔率为75.18%,体积密度为0.68 g/cm^(3),导热系数为0.18 W/m·K,抗折强度为4.95 MPa。Using metakaolin and blast furnace slag as main raw materials,PVA as foaming agent and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate as foaming agent,calcium feldspar lightweight refractory was prepared by acid base polymer gel mold⁃ing.The effects of solid content,blast furnace slag content and sintering temperature on the synthesis and properties of lightweight refractory were studied.The results show that suitable blast furnace slag content and sintering temperature have great influence on the crystal phase formation and mechanical properties of refractory.When solid content is 35wt%,in which the blast furnace slag replacement level is 54.35wt%,and the sintering temperature is 1100℃,good performance of light calc feldspar refractory can be obtained:The porosity is 75.18%,the bulk density is 0.68 g/cm^(3),the thermal conductivity is 0.18 W/m∙K,and the bending strength is 4.95 MPa.
