摘 要:目的:建立检测唑啉草酯含量的液相色谱分析法。方法:选用Poroshell 120 EC-C18液相色谱柱,以甲醇+0.1%甲酸水溶液为流动相,在检测波长为258 nm下对唑啉草酯进行定性和定量分析。结果:该方法在0.099 5~3.98 g/L的浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 86),相对标准偏差为0.643%,加标回收率在96.4%~101.8%之间。结论:该法简便、快速,具有良好的精密度和准确度,可用于合成样品中唑啉草酯含量的测定。Aims:A liquid method was established to detection the content of synthetic sample pinoxaden.Methods:The po-roshell 120 EC-C18 column was used for the qualitative and semi-quantitative analysis of pinoxaden with methanol+0.1%formic acid solution as the mobile phase at the detection wavelength of 258 nm.Results:The results showed that this meth-od had a good linear relation(r=0.99986)in a concentration range from 0.0995 g/L to 3.98 g/L with a relative standard de-viation of 0.643%and a recovery rate range from 96.4%to 101.8%.Conclusions:This method has been proved to be sim-ple,rapid with good accuracy and reliability,which could be applicable in detecting of pinoxaden in the samples taking from the preparation reaction.
