摘　　要：目的基于复杂网络分析技术,探讨针刺治疗强直性脊柱炎(AS)的选穴规律。方法检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国学术期刊数据库(Wanfang Data)、中国生物医学文献服务系统(SinoMed)建库至2023年3月1日针刺治疗AS的临床研究文献,根据纳入排除标准进行筛选,运用Excel2021建立数据库并进行腧穴频次分析,利用SPSS Modeler 18.0进行关联规则分析,采用Gephi0.9.2构建模型并进行复杂网络分析。结果共纳入184篇文献,提取204首针刺处方,涉及133个腧穴,其中以大椎使用频次最高,其次为夹脊、肾俞、命门等,归经以督脉和足太阳膀胱经为主,特定穴多为交会穴,部位多在背腰部;关联规则分析显示,相关性最高的腧穴组合为命门-至阳,其次为大椎-至阳;通过复杂网络K-core层次分析和社团分析得到60个核心腧穴及3类核心腧穴社团。结论针刺治疗AS的核心腧穴多集中在背腰部,属督脉和足太阳膀胱经,注重补肾扶阳,强调治病求本。Objective To explore the acupoint selection law in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis based on complex network analysis technology.Methods The clinical research literature of acupuncture for AS was retrieved from CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data,and SinoMed from the establishment of the databases to March 1,2023,and was screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.A database was created and acupoint frequency analysis was performed using Excel 2021.Association rule analysis was performed using SPSS Modeler 18.0,and Gephi 0.9.2 was used to construct the model and perform complex network analysis.Results A total of 184 articles were included,and 204 acupuncture prescriptions were extracted,involving 133 acupoints,among which the most frequently used acupoint was the Dazhui(GV14),followed by the Jiaji(EX-B2),Shenshu(BL23),and Mingmen(GV4),etc.The main meridians were the Governor Vessel and the bladder meridian,and the specific acupoints were mostly rendezvous acupoints,mostly in the dorsal and lumbar regions;the association rule showed that the acupoint combination with the highest correlation was Mingmen(GV4)-Zhiyang(GV9),followed by Dazhui(GV14)-Zhiyang(GV9);the 60 core acupoints and three types of core acupoint associations were obtained by complex network K-core hierarchical analysis and association analysis.Conclusion The core acupoints of acupuncture treatment for AS are mostly concentrated in the dorsal and lumbar regions,which belong to the Governor Vessel and the bladder meridian,and focus on tonifying the kidney and supporting yang,emphasizing treating the root of the disease.
