摘　　要：胃癌前病变是慢性萎缩性胃炎转变为胃癌的重要环节,对胃癌前病变进行高效、及时的干预对防治胃癌非常关键。中医干预胃癌前病变具有疗效好、多靶点、不良反应少的特点。益气化瘀法干预胃癌前病变过程已被广泛运用,该法能有效抑制、逆转胃黏膜病理改变,提高患者生活质量,并且能通过干预缺氧微环境,抑制缺氧因子生成、内皮细胞活化,降低新血管增生,从而达到改善胃癌前病变的效果。本文从缺氧微环境与胃癌前病变的发生机制、益气化瘀法治疗胃癌前病变方面进行综述,为临床干预胃癌前病变及新药研发提供思路。Precancerous lesions of gastric cancer is an important link in the transformation of chronic atrophic gastritis into gastric cancer.Efficient and timely intervention of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer is significance for the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer.TCM in the treatment of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer has the characteristics of excellent curative effect,multiple targets and few side effects.Studies have shown that the method of invigorating qi and removing blood stasis has been widely used in the treatment of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer,which can effectively inhibit and reverse the pathological changes of gastric mucosa,greatly improve the quality of life of patients,and inhibit the generation of hypoxia factors and the activation of endothelial cells by intervening in the hypoxia microenvironment.It can also reduce the proliferation of new vessels,so as to improve the effect of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer.This article reviewed the occurrence mechanism of hypoxia microenvironment and precancerous lesions of gastric cancer and the treatment of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer by the method of invigorating qi and removing blood stasis,so as to provide new ideas for clinical intervention of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer and the development of new drugs.
