摘 要:为提高灌浆料混凝土的抗压强度,通过调整矿粉和水的用量以及石英砂的粒径,配制出28 d的抗压强度可以达到100 MPa以上的高强灌浆料。以灌浆料的流动度和抗压强度等性能为指标,采用响应面设计优化灌浆料中矿粉和水的用量以及石英砂的粒径配方,并分析最佳配方灌浆料的耐久性和微观性能。结果表明,响应面优化得到最佳配方为:矿粉133 g、石英砂平均粒径2.3 mm、水167 g。采用该配方进行灌浆料制备的混凝土28 d后抗压强度达133.4 MPa,具有良好的耐化学腐蚀性,同时因水化硅酸钙的钙硅比小,其耐久性较好。In order to improve the compressive strength of grouting material concrete,by adjusting the amounts of mineral powder and water and the particle size of quartz sand,a high-strength grouting material with a compressive strength of more than 100 MPa can be prepared after 28 d.Taking the fluidity and compressive strength of the grouting material as indicators,the dosage of mineral powder and water in the grouting material and the particle size formula of quartz sand were optimized by response surface design,and the durability and micro performance of the grouting material with the best formula were analyzed.The results show that the optimal formula obtained by response surface optimization is:133 g of mineral powder,2.3 mm average particle size of quartz sand,and 167 g of water.The compressive strength of the concrete prepared with this formula for grouting material after 28 d reaches 133.4 MPa,which has good chemical corrosion resistance.Moreover,due to the small calcium silicon ratio of hydrated calcium silicate,its durability is better.
