摘　　要：中国水仙是重要的球根观赏花卉,国内对它的离体培养始于20世纪80年代。通过整理汇总国内中国水仙离体快繁技术的研究进展,包括鳞茎低温预处理、外植体的选择、基本培养基的选择、激素的种类和浓度的选择以及环境条件的影响等,以期对该植物的离体快繁研究提供参考。Narcissus tazetta var.chinensis is an important ornamental bulbous flower,and its in vitro culture in China began in the 1980s.By summarizing the research progress on in vitro propagation techniques of Narcissus tazetta var.chinensis,including bulb cold treatment,explant selection,basic culture medium selection,hormone type and concentration selection,and the influence of environmental conditions,this study aims to provide a reference for the in vitro propagation research of this plant.
