泰兴市猪源沙门菌的分离鉴定和耐药性分析

摘　　要：为了分析泰兴市猪源沙门菌的血清型和耐药性,为该市猪副伤寒的防控提供指导和帮助,本试验于24个规模化猪场和2个屠宰厂共采集900份猪粪样品,进行沙门菌的分离和血清型鉴定,利用纸片法检测沙门菌分离菌株对24种抗菌药物的敏感性。结果显示,从900份样品中分离出52株沙门菌,分离率为5.78%;血清型鉴定有7种,德尔卑沙门菌(36.54%)和里森沙门菌(28.85%)是优势血清型;分离菌株对多西环素(98.08%)、甲氧苄啶(90.38%)、四环素(88.46%)、氨苄西林(82.69%)和氟苯尼考(80.77%)的耐药率超过80.00%;对头孢吡肟(96.15%)、氨曲南(94.23%)和头孢曲松(92.31%)敏感率超过90.00%;有39株分离菌株具有多重耐药性。本试验初步了解了泰兴市猪源沙门菌的总体分离率和优势血清型,该地区猪源沙门菌耐药情况较为严重,尤其是四环素类药物,且大部分菌株具有多重耐药性。In order to analyze the serotypes and drug resistance of porcine-derived Salmonella in Taixing City and provide guidance and assistance for the prevention and control of swine paratyphoid in this area,900 pig fecal samples were collected from 24 large-scale pig farms and 2 slaughterhouses.Salmonella was isolated and serotyped,and the sensitivity of the isolated Salmonella strains to 24 antibiotics was tested using the disk diffusion method.The results showed that 52 strains of Salmonella were isolated from 900 samples,with an isolation rate of 5.78%.Seven serotypes were identified,among which Salmonella Derby(36.54%)and Salmonella Typhimurium(28.85%)were the dominant serotypes.The drug resistance rates of the isolated strains to doxycycline(98.08%),trimethoprim(90.38%),tetracycline(88.46%),ampicillin(82.69%),and florfenicol(80.77%)exceeded 80.00%.Sensitivity rates to cefepime(96.15%),aztreonam(94.23%),and ceftriaxone(92.31%)exceeded 90.00%.39 isolates were found to be multidrug-resistant.This study provided preliminary information on the overall isolation rate and dominant serotypes of porcine-derived Salmonella in Taixing City.The drug resistance situation of porcine-derived Salmonella in this region is severe,especially to tetracycline drugs,and most strains exhibit multidrug resistance.
