摘  要:褪黑素作为一种重要的动物内源性胺类激素,主要由松果体产生,具有调节昼夜节律、抗肿瘤和抗氧化等诸多生理功能。褪黑素通过影响免疫器官的发育,调控免疫细胞的活性、功能、增殖和分化,调控细胞因子和炎症小体产生等方式,对动物机体免疫系统进行调节。因此,近年来褪黑素在免疫方面的作用成为研究热点。本文主要对褪黑素介导的动物机体免疫调节功能及其机制的研究进展进行综述,以期为疾病防治和免疫相关研究提供新的思考和见解。Melatonin,as an important endogenous amine hormone in animals primarily produced by the pineal gland,plays a pivotal role in regulating circadian rhythms,exerting anti-tumor and antioxidant effects,among various physiological functions.Melatonin modulates the animal immune system by influencing the development of immune organs,regulating the activity,functionality,proliferation,and differentiation of immune cells,as well as controlling the production of cytokines and inflammasomes.Consequently,the immunomodulatory role of melatonin in animal organisms has become a recent research hotspot.This review summarizes recent advances in research on the immunomodulatory functions and mechanisms mediated by melatonin in animal organisms.The aim is to provide new insights and perspectives for disease prevention and treatment,as well as immune-related research.
