摘  要:架空刚性悬挂已逐渐成为城市轨道交通接触网架设的主要方式。近年在长沙地铁运营中发现,刚性接触网弓网磨耗情况出现季节性变化,尤其冬季过于严重。通过研究纳米导电精的性能特性,分析碳滑板及接触线的磨耗特征,采用在碳滑板上涂抹纳米导电精的方式,可明显改善弓网磨耗异常问题,进一步优化地铁弓网匹配关系,对降低运营成本、提高弓网取流效果、提高地铁安全性,均具有重要意义。In urban rail transit,the overhead rigid suspension has emerged as the prevailing method for installing overhead contact systems(OCSs).From the operational experience of the metro system in Changsha,it has been observed that the pantograph-catenary wear in rigid OCSs exhibits seasonal variations,with particularly severe wear occurring during winter.This study explores the characteristics of nano conductive grease and analyzes the wear patterns of carbon contact strips and contact wires.The findings reveal that applying nano conductive grease to the carbon contact strips can significantly alleviate the abnormal wear at pantograph-catenary interfaces.This method can further optimize the matching relation between pantographs and catenaries in metro systems,thereby yielding substantial benefits such as cost reduction,improved current collection efficiency,and enhanced metro safety.
