摘  要:目的分析探讨湿润烧伤膏联合自体微粒皮种植治疗毒蛇咬伤创面的临床效果。方法给予2020年9月至2021年8月龙岩市中医院收治的15例毒蛇咬伤患者在全身综合治疗的基础上采用湿润烧伤膏联合自体微粒皮种植治疗局部创面,观察创面愈合情况。结果微粒皮种植2周后,创面肿胀、分泌物、气味、肉芽组织颜色评分均明显低于治疗前(Z=-5.036、-4.845、-5.068、-4.769,P均<0.001),创面面积明显小于治疗前(t=6.311,P<0.001)。治疗期间,所有患者均未发生脏器功能衰竭、血栓等并发症。出院后随访3个月~2年,愈后皮肤生长良好,功能正常。结论湿润烧伤膏联合自体微粒皮种植可有效促进毒蛇咬伤创面愈合,疗效显著,临床应用价值较高。Objective To analyze the clinical effects of MEBO combined with autologous microskin grafting in the treatment of poisonous snakebite wounds.Methods 15 patients with poisonous snakebite wounds,admitted to Longyan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2020 to August 2021,were given MEBO in combination with autol⁃ogous microskin grafting for local wounds,besides the comprehensive systemic treatments.The healing condition of the wounds was observed.Results Two weeks after microskin grafting,the scores for wound swelling,exudates,odor,and granulation tissue color were significantly lower than that before treatment(Z=-5.036,-4.845,-5.068 and-4.769,all P<0.001),and the wound area was significantly smaller than that before treatment(t=6.311,P<0.001).During the course of treatment,none of the patients experienced complications such as organ failure or thrombosis.The follow⁃up 3 months to 2 years after discharge found that the healed skin grew well,with normal functions.Conclusion The combined application of MEBO and autologous microskin grafting can effectively promote the healing of poisonous snakebite wounds,and the clinical efficacy is definite,presenting high value of clinical application.
