活血通脉饮加减联合湿润烧伤膏治愈左下肢静脉性溃疡1例报告

摘　　要：给予2021年7月重庆市江津区中医院收治的1例下肢静脉曲张致左下肢反复溃疡患者在泡沫硬化剂硬化以及3M弹力绷带加压处理曲张静脉的基础上,采用活血通脉饮加减口服以及湿润烧伤膏换药治疗局部创面,治疗29 d后,创面完全愈合;出院后2个月随访,愈后皮肤外观良好,未再发破溃。A patient with recurrent ulcers at the left lower limb caused by varicose vein of the affected limb,admitted to the Chongqing Jiangjin District Hospital of Chinese Medicine in July 2021,was given the oral administration of Huoxue Tongmai Decoction and the wound dressing change with MEBO based on the application of foam sclerotherapy and 3M elastic bandage compression for varicose veins.After 29 days of treatment,the wound was healed completely.The two⁃month follow⁃up after discharge found the healed skin in good appearance,without recurrence of ulcers.
