摘　　要：为了实现冷轧设备的智能化运维监测,研究设计了基于冷轧设备监测系统的无线智能压力传感器,介绍了智能压力传感器的总体方案设计,详细阐述了无线智能压力传感器硬件电路设计和软件设计。最终经过系统调试,无线智能压力传感器测量准确、体积小、功耗低,方便用户使用,可以满足目前冷轧设备监测系统的需求。In order to achieve intelligent operation and maintenance monitoring of cold rolling equipment,a wireless intelligent pressure sensor based on the cold rolling equipment monitoring system was studied and designed.The overall scheme design of the intelligent pressure sensor was introduced,and the hardware circuit design and software design of the wireless intelligent pressure sensor were elaborated in detail.Finally,after system debugging,the wireless intelligent pressure sensor with accurate measure,small size,low power consumption,and convenience of use can meet the current needs of monitoring systems for cold rolling equipment.
