摘  要:为探究综采工作面采空区自燃“三带”数值模拟的准确性及不同导风帘长度下自燃“三带”变化特点,以榆家梁煤矿52306工作面为研究对象,利用ANSYS Fluent软件对基于实测数据建立的3D模型进行仿真模拟。通过进回风巷预埋束管监测采空区氧气浓度变化,利用监测数据验证仿真结果的准确性。在接近实际矿井的仿真模型进风隅角布置不同长度的导风帘,探究采空区“三带”区域的变动情况,掌握导风帘对采空区“三带”分布的影响规律。研究发现,仿真模拟结果与实测数据基本吻合,确定实际矿井采空区中部氧化带的大致范围45~95 m,限定工作面回采过程中最小推进速度为2.14 m/d;随着风帘长度增加,采空区散热带逐渐接近工作面,采空区氧化带整体区域减小,窒息带宽度增加,有利于井下工作人员对自然发火区域的监测和管理。In order to explore the accuracy of numerical simulation of goaf and the change characteristics of three zones with different air curtain lengths,taking 52306 working face in Yujialiang Coal Mine as the research site,the 3D model based on measured data was simulated by ANSYS Fluent.The change of oxygen concentration in goaf was monitored by the pre-embedded bundle pipe along the intake air roadway and return air roadway,and the accuracy of simulation results was verified by monitoring data.By setting air curtains with different lengths at the air inlet corner of the simulation model close to the actual mine,the changes of the three zones in goaf were explored and the influence law of the air curtains on the distribution of the three zones in the goaf was achieved.The research results showed that the simulation results were basically consistent with the measured data,the approximate range of the oxidation zone in the middle of the actual mine goaf was determined to be 45 to 95 m,and the minimum advancing speed in the mining process of the working face was limited to 2.14 m/d;with the increase of air curtain length,the heat dissipation zone in the goaf gradually approached the working face,the overall area of the oxidation zone in the goaf decreased,and the width of the suffocation zone increased,which was beneficial to the monitoring and management of the spontaneous combustion zone by underground workers.
