摘  要:针对矿井部分煤层瓦斯含量较低,采用整体预抽瓦斯增加了生产成本,但部分区域煤层瓦斯含量又高的情况,提出了瓦斯预抽必要性论证方法。鉴于乌兰木伦煤矿22号煤层尚未开展煤层瓦斯参数测定,瓦斯赋存情况不清,且该煤层在巷道准备过程中局部出现瓦斯涌出增大现象,为实现22号煤层22201工作面开采期间瓦斯超前预防和治理,有必要在测定22号煤层瓦斯参数的基础上,对工作面瓦斯抽采的必要性进行论证,结果表明:22201工作面无需开展煤层瓦斯预抽和采空区卸压瓦斯抽采,此方法有效缓解了矿井接替紧张问题,同时节约了生产成本。In response to the low gas content in some coal seams of the mine,the gas overall pre-drainage will increase production costs,but the gas content in some areas of coal seam may be relatively high,so a necessity demonstration method for gas pre-drainage is proposed.Taking the 22201 working face of the No.22 coal seam in Wulanmulun Coal Mine as an example,considering that the parameters measurement of coal seam gas has not yet been carried out in the No.22 coal seam,and the gas occurrence situation is unclear,and the gas emission is increased locally in the roadway preparation process.In order to achieve advanced prevention and control of gas during the mining period of 22201 working face,it is necessary to demonstrate the necessity of gas drainage in the working face based on the measurement of gas parameters in No.22 coal seam.The results show that the 22201 working face does not need to carry out pre-drainage of coal seam gas and pressure-relief gas drainage in the goaf.This method effectively alleviates the problem of tight mine producation continuation and saves production costs.
