摘 要:以石圪台煤矿22201工作面回风巷沿空留巷为工程背景,采用数值模拟和工程实践相结合的方法,对22201工作面回风巷切顶卸压及采空侧单体支柱综合留巷效果进行研究,对沿空留巷矿压显现规律和单体支护关键承载作用关键性进行分析。模拟结果表明,单体支柱可以改善巷道应力环境,减小煤壁破坏范围,缓解留巷侧矿山压力显现;同时给出切缝参数及施工工序,巷道变形量监测结果显示巷道顶板下沉量最大值为110 mm。Based on the engineering background of gob-side entry retaining mode of the air return roadway in 22201 working face of Shigetai Coal Mine,a combination of numerical simulation and engineering practice was used to study the comprehensive entry retaining effect with roof cutting for pressure relief and gob-side single pillar supporting at the air return roadway of the 22201 working face.The rock pressure behaviors and the key bearing role of single pillar supporting of gob-side entry retaining were analyzed.The numerical simulation results indicate that single pillars can improve the stress environment of the roadway,reduce the range of coal wall failure,and alleviate the phenomenon of rock pressure on the entry-retaining side.Combing with the cutting parameters and construction process,the monitoring results of roadway deformation show that the maximum subsidence of the roadway roof is 110 mm.
