摘 要:基于动态加卸载实验技术,采用自主研制的旋转盘式霍普金森拉杆和压杆实验装置对TA7钛合金进行了应变速率为300 s~(-1)的拉伸-卸载-压缩和压缩-卸载-拉伸实验,研究了包辛格效应的应变速率相关性。根据TA7钛合金屈服行为的拉伸-压缩不对称特征,提出了包辛格效应应力参数,对TA7钛合金在不同预应变量、加载方式和循环周次下的包辛格效应进行表征。实验结果表明,高应变速率加载下TA7钛合金的包辛格效应比准静态加载下小;预拉伸加载下的包辛格效应弱于预压缩加载下的包辛格效应,但两种加载方式下的包辛格效应都随着预应变量的增加而减小;循环周次对TA7钛合金的高应变速率和准静态加载下的包辛格效应具有不同影响。Based on the dynamic loading-unloading experimental technology,using the self-developed rotating disk split Hopkinson tension bar and pressure bar experimental system,the tension-unloading-compression and compression-unloading-tension experiments with strain rate of 300 s-1 for TA7 titanium alloy were carried out,and the strain rate correlation of the Bauschinger effect was studied.According to the tension-compression asymmetry characteristic of yield behavior of TA7 titanium alloy,the Bauschinger effect stress parameters were proposed to characterize the Bauschinger effect of TA7 titanium alloy with different prestrain values,loading modes and cycle times.The experimental results show that the Bauschinger effect of TA7 titanium alloy under high strain rate loading is smaller than that under quasi-static loading.The Bauschinger effect under pretension loading is weaker than that under precompression loading,but the Bauschinger effects under both loading modes decrease with the increase of prestrain value.The influence of cycles on the Bauschinger effect of TA7 titanium alloy is different under high strain rate and quasi-static loading.
