摘　　要：数字乡村建设为了更好的服务农民,发挥农民个体主观能动性。农民信息素养的提升能够更好实现乡村振兴与农民发展的同频共振。本文从农民信息素养的概念、数字乡村建设与农民信息素养提升的耦合关系、农民信息素养提升的困境,提出以人为本,提升农民个体学习意识;以文为引,注重乡村文化的有效融合;以智为根,夯实乡村数字化基建方面提升农民信息素养。In order to better serve farmers,the construction of digital countryside gives play to the individual subjective initiative of farmers.The improvement of farmers'information literacy can better achieve the same frequency resonance between rural revitalization and farmers'development.From the concept of farmers'information literacy,the coupling relationship between the construction of digital countryside and the improvement of farmers'information literacy,and the dilemma of the improvement of farmers'information literacy,this paper puts forward a people-oriented approach to improve farmers'individual learning consciousness.Taking the text as the reference,pay attention to the effective integration of rural culture.taking wisdom as the root,consolidating rural digital infrastructure to improve farmers'information literacy.
