摘　　要：化疗是治疗头颈部恶性肿瘤的重要方法之一,经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)进行化疗,有利于保护患者上肢静脉,减少静脉炎发生,减轻患者痛苦,已成为头颈部肿瘤患者化疗及长期营养支持的有效静脉通路。但在PICC的使用过程中不可避免地存在一些并发症,进而影响PICC的正常使用。本文针对PICC在头颈部肿瘤患者中临床应用的必要性及其主要并发症的发生情况、护理对策进行总结、分析,以利于优化静脉治疗方案、降低静脉治疗风险、提高静脉治疗质量,切实做好针对头颈部恶性肿瘤患者群体的PICC置管护理工作并进一步详细化、个体化,为患者创建一个更加稳定、安全、高效的静脉输液通道。Chemotherapy is one of the important methods to treat head and neck malignant tumors.Peripherally Inserted Central Venous Catheters(PICC)for chemotherapy is beneficial to protect patients'upper limb veins,reduce phlebitis and relieve patients'pain,and has become an effective venous access for chemotherapy and long-term nutritional support for patients with head and neck tumors.However,there are inevitably some complications in the use of PICC,which further affects the normal use of PICC.In this paper,the necessity of clinical application of PICC in patients with head and neck cancer,the occurrence of main complications and nursing countermeasures were summarized and analyzed,so as to optimize the intravenous treatment scheme,reduce the risk of intravenous treatment,and improve the quality of intravenous treatment.We hope to do a good job in PICC catheterization nursing for patients with head and neck cancer,and further detail and individualize it,so as to create a more stable,safe and efficient intravenous infusion channel for patients.
