摘  要:本文探讨了海水基碱性植物胶压裂液面临的问题,利用海水配制碱性植物胶压裂液,高温下易出现钙镁离子沉淀,增加残渣导致地层伤害。本文通过优选耐盐磺酸基改性胍胶、研制有机硼钛交联剂,优化出一套适用于低pH值下交联的弱碱性耐高温海水基植物胶压裂液配方。实验表明该配方具有以下性质:(1)优选的耐盐磺酸基改性胍胶在浓度为0.6%时基液黏度为105~108 mPa·s,5 min内即可到达最终黏度的80%以上;(2)研制的有机硼钛交联剂适用于pH值8.0~9.0的交联环境,交联时间180~260 s,满足高温深井的应用;(3)压裂液体系160℃剪切140 min后黏度大于50 mPa·s,破胶液残渣含量和淡水基配方相当,在380 mg/L左右。This paper discusses the problems faced by seawater-based alkaline vegetable gum fracturing fluid.The preparation of alkaline vegetable gum fracturing fluid with seawater is prone to calcium and magnesium ion precipitation at high temperature,which increases the residue and leads to formation damage.In this paper,a set of weak alkali and high temperature resistant seawater-based vegetable gum fracturing fluid formula suitable for cross-linking at low pH was optimized by optimizing sulfonic acid modified salt-tolerant guar gum and developing organic boron titanium cross-linking agent.The experiment shows that the formula has the following properties.(1)The viscosity of the base solution is 105~108 mPa·s at the concentration of 0.6%of the sulfonic acid modified salt-tolerant guar gum,which can reach more than 80%of the final viscosity within 5 minutes.(2)The developed organic boron titanium cross-linking agent is suitable for the cross-linking environment with pH value of 8.0~9.0,and the cross-linking time can be 180~260 s,meeting the application of high temperature and deep wells.(3)The viscosity of the fracturing fluid system is greater than 50 mPa·s after shearing for 140 min at 160℃,and the residue content of gel breaking liquid is equivalent to that of the fresh water based formula,about 380 mg/L.
