摘 要:针对各级岩心伤害标准中方法不统一问题,开展了岩心获取来源调研及分析,基于压汞测试和阻力系数测试明确了人造岩心和天然岩心的孔渗差异;探索伤害流体制备方法,对比了压裂液滤液和破胶液的粒径分布及伤害特征;进行基质渗透率测试流程优化,根据实验目的合理选取渗透率测试方法。进而建立了符合现场工况、具有可操作性的统一的岩心伤害实验方法,规范采用同井同层位孔渗相近的岩心开展同批次工作液评价筛选实验、破胶液开展压裂液筛选实验、液测渗透率流程优选压裂液单剂、气测渗透率流程优选工作液体系。最后对新方法的可靠性进行了验证,平行实验结果表明新方法实验重现性较好,各组平行实验岩心伤害率差值均小于5.00%。To solve the problem of inconsistent methods in standards at all levels on damage experiment,the source of rock core acquisition was investigated and analyzed,the difference of porosity and permeability between artificial core and natural core was clarified based on mercury injection test and resistance coefficient test.The preparation method of damaging fluid was explored,and the particle size distribution and damaging characteristics of fracturing fluid filtrate and breaking fluid were compared.The matrix permeability test process was optimized,and the permeability test method was selected reasonably according to the experimental purpose.A unified and operable core damage test method conforming to field conditions has been established,the cores with similar porosity and permeability in the same well and layer was used to carry out the same batch of working fluid evaluation,the gel breaking fluid was used to the fracturing fluid screening experiment,the liquid permeability process was used to optimize the fracturing fluid single agent,and the gas permeability process was used to optimize the working fluid system.Finally,the reliability of the new method is verified.The results of parallel experiments show that the new method has good experimental reproducibility,and the difference of core damage rate of each group is less than 5.00%.
