摘  要:针对靖边气田部分气井井筒较脏、油套压差逐渐增大、气井产能下降快、存在井筒及储层结垢趋势的问题,以分析结垢物的化学成分及结垢机理为依托,提出了低压气井油管暂堵分段清洗+近井地带注气气驱深度解堵技术思路,通过完善堵塞判识流程,配套形成气井解堵药剂体系,确立改造范围、用量计算、工序及加注制度等关键参数,制定标准作业程序及技术要求,保障工艺推广应用,达到增产增效、预防气井结垢的目的。通过现场试验应用,表明该工艺具有很好的效果,能够起到清洗井筒垢物、解除近井地带堵塞、恢复气井产能的目的,为气井持续稳产提供了重要保障。Centering about the problem of wellbore scaling in Jingbian gasfield,which result in gradually increased pressure differential,quickly decreased productivity,tendency of wellbore and reservoir blockage of gas well.Based on the analysis of the chemical composition and plugging mechanism of plugging materia,the technology of low pressure gas well pipe temporarily blocked segment cleaning+injection gas drive depth plugging of near-well-bore area is developed for the first time.Through improve the blockage identification process,formed anti-blockage agent system,optimized the scope of improvement and computation of anti-blockage agent,optimized the process and filling procedure,a reasonable operation program and technical requirements was developed to ensure the promotion and application of technology,and to achieve the purpose of increasing production and efficiency preventing gas well blockage.Through field test application,the results show that the process has a good effect,which could effectively clean and remove the blockage of wellbore and near-well-bore area,and resume productivity of gas well.This technology provides an important measure for the steady production of gas wells.
