摘  要:长庆气田气藏具有低压、低渗、低丰度的典型特征。随着开发程度的不断加深,复杂难动用区块的高效建产至关重要,以陕295区低压气藏为例,面对水力压裂改造和压后低返排率的矛盾,采用常规的液氮伴注助排措施效果不佳。本文针对低压气藏压裂改造过程中高压差条件下的液体滤失和压裂液滞留造成的储层伤害问题,以降低压裂液滤失、增大改造体积为攻关方向,研发适用于陕295区低压气藏的降滤失剂,形成适用于低压气藏的低伤害压裂改造工艺,实现提高液体效率、减少储层伤害和提升单井产量技术目标,具有较好的推广应用前景。Gas reservoirs in Changqing gasfield are characterized by low pressure,low permeability and low abundance.With the deepening of development degree,efficient construction and production of complex and difficult to use blocks is crucial.Taking the lowpressure gas reservoir in Shaanxi 295 block as an example,in the face of the contradiction between hydraulic fracturing and low flowback rate after pressure,the conventional liquid nitrogen injection assisted drainage measures are not effective.In this paper,the reservoir damage caused by fluid filtration and fracturing fluid retention under high pressure difference conditions in the fracturing process of low pressure gas reservoir is addressed.In order to reduce fracturing fluid filtration loss and increase the reconstruction volume as the key direction,the fluid loss reduction agent suitable for Shaanxi 295 block low pressure gas reservoir is developed to form a low damage fracturing reconstruction process suitable for low pressure gas reservoir and improve liquid efficiency.The technical objectives of reducing reservoir damage and increasing single well production have good application prospects.
