摘  要:柴达木盆地英雄岭页岩油储层具有低孔、特低渗、高压、水平主应力差异大等特点,对压裂工艺技术提出了更高的要求,进而制约了英雄岭地区页岩油的规模开发。针对这一难点,通过对英雄岭地区页岩油体积压裂技术攻关与实践,结合该地区E32页岩油储层地质特征,借鉴北美页岩油先进的压裂技术,形成了以密切割+极限限流+高强度改造、水平井精细化压裂设计、可变黏压裂液体系、绳结暂堵等技术为主的体积压裂技术体系,并取得了良好的改造和生产效果,为英雄岭页岩油的有效开发提供了强有力的支撑。The shale oil reservoir in Yingxiongling area,Qaidam Basin is characterized with low porosity,ultra-low permeability,high pressure and large difference in horizontal principal stress,which puts forward higher requirements for fracturing technology,and then restricts the scale development of shale oil in Yingxiongling area.In view of this difficulty,research and practice of the volume fracturing technology of shale oil in Yingxiongling area,combined with the geological characteristics of E32 shale oil reservoir in this area,and referring to the advanced fracturing technology of shale oil in North America.A volume fracturing technology system has been formed,which mainly consists of dense cutting and limited entry fracturing and high strength fracturing,fine fracturing design of horizontal wells,variable viscosity fracturing liquid system and temporary plugging of knots.It has achieved good transformation and production results,which provides a strong support for the effective development of the shale oil reservoir in Yingxiongling area.
