摘  要:本文主要介绍了高负荷下常压装置运行现状,结合工艺现状对运行过程中的腐蚀、堵塞等现象进行具体的理论分析,通过对顶循系统相关设备检修找出造成腐蚀、堵塞等问题的深层原因,并针对具体原因制定相应对策,保证常压装置在高负荷下实现长周期安全生产。This paper mainly introduces the operating status of the atmospheric pressure device under high load,and makes a specific theoretical analysis of corrosion and blockage in the operation process combined with the current process status.Through the maintenance of related equipment of the top cycle system,the deep causes of corrosion and blockage are found out,and corresponding disposal measures are formulated according to the specific reasons to ensure the long-term safe production of the atmospheric pressure device under high load.
