摘　　要：本文主要阐述了辛烷值助剂在宁夏石化重油催化裂化装置的工业应用情况。结果表明,当汽油烯烃含量低于32.00%时,辛烷值助剂对系统中平衡催化剂的细粉含量和生焦率没有明显的影响,辛烷值较空白剂提升了1.17个单位,满足装置生产要求。This paper mainly describes the industrial application of octane rating additive in the heavy oil catalytic cracking unit of Ningxia petrochemical company.The results show that the octane rating additive has no obvious effect on the fine powder content and coke yield of the balanced catalyst in the system when the gasoline olefins are kept below 32.00%.And the octane rating is increased by 1.17 units compared with the blank sample,meeting the production requirements of the unit.
