摘　　要：目前采用的行业标准是HJ 636—2012《水质总氮的测定碱性过硫酸钾消解紫外分光光度法》,仪器使用的是紫外分光光度计+高压蒸汽灭菌锅相结合。本文通过消解器替代高压蒸汽灭菌锅进行实验,提高实验效率的同时降低了安全风险。At present,the industry standard used is HJ 636—2012"Determination of total nitrogen in water quality,ultraviolet spectrophotometry method of alkaline potassium persulfate digestion",and the instrument uses the combination of ultraviolet spectrophotometer and high pressure steam sterilization pot.In this paper,the digester is used to replace the high pressure steam sterilization pot to carry out the experiment,which improves the experiment efficiency and reduces the safety risk.
