摘  要:在车用进气管路中,针对传统刚性壁消声器消声效果的局限性,以柔性壁扩张式消声器为研究对象,建立了其声固耦合解析模型并进行了验证,对比分析了刚性壁消声器与柔性壁消声器的消声性能。以提高消声器的传递损失峰值与均值为目标,以柔性壁弹性模量、壁厚及消声器扩张比为优化变量,采用遗传算法对柔性壁消声器进行了优化。最后,对所设计消声器的耐负压性能进行了分析。结果表明:所建立的模型具有较高的精度;相比于刚性壁消声器,柔性壁消声器具有更高的传递损失峰值和更低的峰值频率;所采用优化方案具有有效性;所设计消声器在进气管路中有良好的适用性。Here,in automobile intake pipeline,aiming at the limitation of traditional rigid wall muffler's silencing effect,a flexible wall expansion muffler was taken as the study object to establish its sound-structure coupled analytical model,and verify it.Silencing performances of rigid wall muffler and flexible wall muffler were analyzed contrastively.Improving peak value and average value of muffler transmission loss was taken as the target,and flexible wall's Young's modulus,wall thickness and muffler expansion ratio were taken as optimization variables,the genetic algorithm was used to optimize flexible wall muffler.Finally,the negative pressure resistance performance of the designed muffler was analyzed.The results showed that the established model has higher accuracy;compared to rigid wall muffler,flexible wall muffler has higher transmission loss peak values and lower peak frequencies;the adopted optimization scheme is effective;the designed muffler has good applicability in intake pipeline.
