摘  要:针对光学相干成像技术(optical coherence tomography,OCT)内窥镜驱动控制应用要求,开发设计了直径1 mm、长度5 mm的微型压电马达。利用铁木辛柯梁模型和模态求和法推导马达定子在外部激励电压下的动态响应,结合Hamilton能量变分原理计算得到定子表面质点的模态振动位移和椭圆运动轨迹;进一步利用定转子接触模型和转子力矩平衡原理建立了微型马达的整体机电耦合动力学模型,仿真分析了不同参数对马达力矩-转速,力矩-效率以及负载特性等的影响。试验结果表明,当施加幅值30 V,频率21 kHz的激励电压时,马达转速随负载增加而减小,空载最大转速和力矩分别为400 r/min和2.4 mN·m,满足OCT内窥镜驱动控制应用要求。Here,aiming at application requirements of optical coherence tomography(OCT) endoscope driving control,a micro piezoelectric motor with diameter of 1 mm and length of 5 mm was developed and designed.The motor stator's dynamic response under external excitation voltage was derived by using Timoshenko beam model and modal summation method.Modal vibration displacement and elliptical motion trajectory of stator surface mass point were calculated with Hamilton energy variational principle.Furthermore,using the contact model between stator and rotor and the principle of rotor torque balance,the overall electromechanical coupling dynamics model of the micro motor was established.Effects of different parameters on torque-rotating speed,torque-efficiency and load characteristics of motor were simulated and analyzed.The experimental results showed that when the excitation voltage with amplitude of 30 V and frequency of 21 kHz is applied,the motor rotating speed decreases with increase in load,its maximum no-live load rotating speed and torque are 400 r/min and 2.4 mN·m,respectively to satisfy application requirements of OCT endoscopic driving control.
