摘　　要：目的:分析首届农村订单定向免费医学生的培养与工作现状,发现在招生、培养、服务过程中存在的问题,并提出应对措施,为进一步做好农村订单定向免费医学生的培养工作提供参考。方法:2022年6—9月,选取包头医学院2015届农村订单定向免费医学生作为研究对象,并进行问卷调查。结果:63名调查对象中,与选择就读专业时相比,服务期满后对相关政策了解的人数有所提升;与大学期间相比,完成职业规划的人数有所提升;服务期满后继续留在定向单位工作的学生仅占28.57%,主要原因为薪资待遇低、基层医疗卫生条件差、交通不便、配套措施不健全、限制个人未来发展等。结论:相关管理部门对政策宣传不到位,农村订单定向免费医学生的职业规划差异较大,学生在校期间课程设置不完善,服务期满后仍留在定向单位工作的学生较少。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the state of the first rural,order-oriented free medical students’education and work at the moment,to determine the issues with the application,training,and service processes,and to provide remedies in order to serve as a guide for future enhancements in the instruction of rural order-oriented free medical students.METHODS The study took place be⁃tween June and September 2022,the Baotou Medical College’s 2015 rural order-oriented medical students were chosen as the re⁃search subject,and a questionnaire survey was carried out.RESULTS The grasp of pertinent policies varied among the 63 survey re⁃spondents depending on when they selected their speciality and after the service time had ended,and it got better after the latter.The completion of career planning while college and after the end of the service time were distinct,and the completion of career planning following the end of the service period improved.After the service term,just 28.57%of the students remained in the orien⁃tation unit.Low pay,inadequate access to primary healthcare,difficult transportation,inadequate support systems,and limitations on personal future growth were the key factors influencing staying in the orientation unit.CONCLUSION Less students are staying in the orientation units after the service period as a result of insufficient policy propaganda by the relevant management departments,signifi⁃cant differences in the career planning of rural order-oriented free medical students,and incomplete curricula during the students’school years.
