社区药师服务模式对脑梗死患者康复效果的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨社区医院药师服务模式对脑梗死患者的康复效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年1月在上海市浦东新区三林社区卫生服务中心就诊的符合诊断标准的脑梗死患者140例,按照随机对照法将其分为对照组(n=70)和干预组(n=70)。对照组给予常规药学服务,干预组给予社区医院药师服务模式。3个月后比较两组患者的康复效果。结果:治疗后,干预组总有效率为95.71%,显著高于对照组的75.71%,差异有统计学意义(Z=6.384,P<0.05);干预组对药学服务满意度为97.14%,显著高于对照组的74.29%,差异有统计学意义(Z=7.862,P<0.05)。治疗后干预组患者上、下肢FMA运动功能量表评分,Berg平衡量表评分及Barthel指数量表评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为4.345、8.031、13.878、7.251,P值均<0.05)。结论:社区医院药师服务模式可促进脑梗死患者肢体功能和平衡能力的恢复,提高日常生活能力,促进患者康复,提高患者对药学服务的满意度。OBJECTIVE To explore the rehabilitation effect of pharmacist service model in patients with cerebral infarction in community hospitals.METHODS 140 cases of cerebral infarction were divided into control group(n=70)and observation group(n=70).The patients of control group were given usual service model.The patients of observation were given pharmacist service model in community hospitals.After 3 months,the rehabilitation effect of two groups were analyzed.RESULTS The total effective rate of ob⁃servation group were higher than in the control group(95.71%VS75.71%,Z=6.384,P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the patients in the observation group with pharmaceutical services was 97.14%,which was significantly higher than 74.29%in the control group(Z=7.862,P<0.05).After treatment,the FMA,BBS and BI scores of observation group than the control group had significantly in⁃creased(t=4.345,8.031,13.878,7.251,P<0.05).CONCLUSION The pharmacist service model for patients with cerebral infarction in community hospitals can promote the recovery of limb function and balance ability,improve the ability of daily living,and im⁃prove the satisfaction of patients with pharmacist service model.
