摘 要:近年来新能源系统容量不断增大,增加了间谐波在电网中的含量,加剧了电力变压器的振动和噪音。通过搭建含任意间谐波的变压器振动噪声试验平台,进行间谐波激励下的铁心振动试验,对振动频谱中间谐波分量成因进行了数学分析;进行铁心噪声试验,分析间谐波对A计权噪声级和1/3倍频程频谱中各分量的影响规律;建立磁-结构力场-声场多物理耦合有限元三维模型,对间谐波激励下的铁心噪声进行仿真计算,并与试验值进行对比。结果表明,振动频谱中间谐波分量呈一定规律且成对出现,相比工频激励,间谐波下铁心的噪声值更大,同时各频段声压级升高,试验结果与仿真结果有较好的一致性,低频低含量间谐波对变压器性能有较大影响,应对其重点防范并在设计阶段结合考虑。In recent years,the capacity of new energy systems has been increasing,which increases the content of interharmonics in the power grid and aggravates the vibration and noise of power transformers.By building an experimental platform for testing transformer vibration and noise with arbitrary interharmonics,the core vibration experiment under interharmonic excitation was carried out,and the causes of the intermediate harmonic components in the vibration spectrum were analyzed mathematically.The core noise experiment was carried out in oder to analyze the influence of interharmonics on the A-weighted noise level and each component in the 1/3 octave spectrum.A multi-physics coupling three-dimensional finite element model was extablished for the coupled magnetic field,structural force field and sound field.In the coupled field,the core noise under interharmonic excitation was simulated numerically and compared with the experimental values.The results show that the intermediate harmonic components of the vibration spectrum appear in pairs in accordance with a certain law.Compared with the power frequency excitation,the noise value of the core under interharmonics is larger,and the sound pressure level of each frequency band increases.The experimental results are in good agreement with the simulation results.The low frequency and low content interharmonics have a great influence on the performance of the transformer.It should be focused on its prevention and considered in the design stage.
