摘 要:采用有限元通用软件LS-DYNA建立数值仿真模型,对K8型单层网壳在内爆炸下的破坏模式进行数值分析计算,研究了不同参数对网壳的影响。同时根据不同工况下围护结构的破坏特点,对围护结构的失效模式进行分类,并引入了结构泄爆阀值的概念,计算出了不同失效模式下的泄爆阀值。研究结果表明,结构中心发生爆炸不利于泄爆,连接件与炸药量对围护结构破坏模式影响很大,合适的连接件刚度可以使围护结构先产生泄爆口,降低结构的爆炸响应,减小主体结构的损伤程度。得出的泄爆阀值与连接件刚度间的关系,可为K8型凯威特单层网壳的抗爆设计提供参考依据。The numerical simulation model of a K8 single-layer reticulated shell under internal explosion was established by using the general finite element software LS-DYNA,and the failure modes were numerically analyzed.The influences of different parameters on the reticulated shell failure were studied.According to the damage characteristics of the enclosure structure under different working conditions,the failure modes of the enclosure structure were classified.The concept of structural explosion venting threshold was introduced,and the explosion venting threshold for different failure modes was calculated.The research results show that explosion in the center of the structure is not conducive to explosion venting,and the connectors and the explosive quantity have a great impact on the failure modes of the enclosure structure.The appropriate connector stiffness can make the explosing venting be genarated first on the enclosure structure,so that the explosion responses of the structure and the damage degree of the main structure are reduced.The relationship between the explosion venting threshold and the stiffness of the connector was obtained,which provide a reference basis for the anti-explosion design of the K8 single-layer reticulated shell.
