摘 要:压缩机低频运行时,系统中的制冷剂循环量减少,储液器内的储液量增加,对储液器的分液效果有着较高的要求,分液效果差的储液器会导致吸气带液量过高,容易使压缩机产生液击或异常噪音。本文采用CFD多相流VOF仿真技术对吸气储液器的分液功能进行分析,研究不同结构设计对吸气储液器分液能力的影响,仿真显示采用优化后的旋向导流孔可有效提升储液器的分液能力。通过试验对仿真结果进行了验证,结果表明仿真计算结果与实验结论一致。本研究能为滚动转子式压缩机吸气储液器的设计提供有效参考依据。When compressor is running at low frequency,the refrigerant circulation amount in the system will decrease,while the liquid trapped in the accumulator will increase,so the requirement for liquid separation effect of the accumulator is relatively high.The poor liquid separation effect of the accumulator will lead to too high liquid amount in the suction gas,so as to cause liquid slugging or abnormal noise of the compressor.In this paper,the liquid separation function of the accumulator is studied with the help of CFD multiphase flow VOF simulation technology.The influences of different structures on the liquid separation capacity of the accumulator are investigated,the simulation result shows that the liquid separation capacity of the accumulator can be effectively improved with the optimized rotational direction deflector holes.The simulation result is verified with test,the test result indicates that the simulation result agrees with test conclusion.The result of this study can be used as an effective reference for design of the accumulator of the rolling piston compressor.
