代际公正视域下数字民生科技应用的社会治理探赜

摘　　要：中国式现代化进程中,民生科技创新和应用领域的代际社会伦理问题日益凸显,主要表现为民生科技的普惠性目标、基础性特征和发展性宗旨与老年群体数字技术应用障碍、弱势困境和发展危机之间的矛盾。此社会问题产生的重要根源在于当代科学知识生产模式的变革,人与科学价值关系的转变和技术资本化。社会治理视角下需要基于“大科学共同体”,从创新适老型数字民生技术,形塑数字民生科技发展的代际伦理责任,明确数字民生科技发展的美好生活本质要求和夯实数字民生科技发展的多元主体责任“四维统一”的科技创新应用模式中寻求解决途径。只有这样,才能真正实现“生活美、发展美”的科技现代化社会图景。The intergenerational ethical problems of the application of digital livelihood technology are as follows:the practicality of livelihood technology and the application of“non-intelligence”,the inclusive goal and the application obstacles and the developmental purpose and dilemma of the elderly group.From the perspective of social governance,and based on a“big scientific community”,we need to seek solutions from the“four dimensional unity”model of scientific and technological innovation application with multiple subject responsibilities,including the innovation of digital livelihood technologies that are suitable for the elderly;the intergenerational ethical responsibility for shaping the development of digital livelihood technology;clarifying the essential requirements for a better life in the development of digital livelihood technology;and consolidating the diverse subject responsibilities of digital livelihood technology development,so that we can truly achieve a social landscape of“beauty in life and beauty in development”with technological modernization.
