数字贸易壁垒影响实体经济出口复杂度的实证分析

摘　　要：数字贸易壁垒作为一种新型贸易壁垒形态,涉及领域广泛多样,对于提升实体经济出口复杂度形成一定阻滞。本文利用2000—2021年贸易企业的产品维度与行业维度样本数据,采用双重差分模型研判数字贸易壁垒对中国实体经济出口复杂度的影响。研究发现:数字贸易壁垒降低可提升实体经济出口复杂度,且地区与企业存在异质性。数字贸易壁垒降低经由刺激技术迭代与纾解资金压力两大路径提升实体经济出口复杂度;另外,数字贸易壁垒降低既可经由产业下游协同提升实体经济出口复杂度,又可经由产业上游协同阻滞高行业集中率行业的实体经济出口复杂度提升。据此,应因地制宜、因时而动,制订差异化数字贸易壁垒应对方案;积极融入多边协定,切实推动数字贸易便利化改革进程;激发技术创新效能,着力提升实体经济出口复杂度。As a new form of trade barrier,digital trade barriers involve a wide range of fields,which has formed a certain obstacle to improving the export complexity of the real economy.Based on the sample data of product and industry dimension of trade enterprises from 2000 to 2021,this paper studies the impact of digital trade barriers on the export complexity of China's real economy by using the difference-in-difference model.It is found that reducing digital trade barriers can increase the export complexity of the real economy,and there is heterogeneity between regions and enterprises.Reducing digital trade barriers increases the export complexity of real economy through stimulating technological iteration and relieving financial pressure.In addition,the reduction of digital trade barriers can not only enhance the export complexity of the real economy through the downstream industry coordination,but also block the increase in export complexity of industries with high industry concentration through upstream industry collaboration.Based on this,a differentiated solution to digital trade barriers should be formulated according to local conditions and times;the process of digital trade facilitation reform should be effectively promoted through actively integrating into multilateral agreements;and efforts should be made to enhance the export complexity of real economy through stimulating technological innovation efficiency.
